Wow. That was a long break.

Ok, here is an update. Right now, we are expecting another little angel. She is due sometime in August. Siri is really big and really smart now. And just like her mom, beautiful. My acupuncture practice is really busy. I see an average of 40 patients a week. We make a ton of money. However, somehow, we never have quit enough to put away savings. I think that will have to wait until mommy get's a job. Here is the current plan, that hopefully we can implement soon. Getting PIP lawyers and doctors to start referring to us. Mommy is going to start networking and sending out hand written letters to lawyers and doctors. She is also starting up her own consultant business (she has an MBA) and running the back end of the Qi Spot, as well as the family's finances, and carrying a baby. Don't tell her, but I think she's supermom. I don't want it to go to her head. But seriously, she works so hard and so smart. Ok, back to the patients.

4th of July Weekend

Had a great time with family and friends this 4th of July. Brad was quiet, didn't see much of him. Got plenty of time with the Cole and Caitlin. Next year we will get a boat, so we don't have to go rafting down a boring river. Also gonna watch the parade in Ashland. Hopefully get a hotel down there too. Kinda got a little post 4th blues. Not a lot of patients. Should have a ton. Not sure what's going on. Need more patients to pay the bills.

GEtting in The GrooVe

Ok, so Im starting to get the groove of this reality Im in. I need to set some days where I get off early and some where I go in late

I also need to take 2 hours off in the middle of the day to go for runs, yoga and meditate. I also need to keep up the diet

of less sugar, milk and carbs. More fruit, veggies and protein. It’s all starting to come together as a lifestyle instead of a

struggle. Oh, and a few other goals. Take Christine out to dinner once a week, and go surfing or skiing once a week.

Or at least go golfing or something with the fella’s. Also play basketball once a week, and spend time with Siri all day once a week.

Yep, that pretty much cover’s it. Don’t forget Club Sport this fall…..

The Beach

Wow, we just spent the weekend at the beach. Otter Rock to be exact. A beautiful State Park, just south of Lincoln City. The surf was terrible, it was windy. But we had a ton of fun. We loved every minute of it. We had a little play time on the beach as mommy took a little well-deserved nap. We got a little sad thinking about how the people in the gulf had had their beaches taken away. I don’t know what I would do. I would be outraged and devastated.

Pictures of Clinic....

Getting closer....

Wow. Today was the first day I had my long coveted 2 hours off in the middle of the day. Finally. I went for a short run on the water front. Soon the sun will be out and I can take my shirt off. I then came back to the clinic and did some yoga outside in my Zen space. Soon I hope to follow it up with some meditation. I feel so good. Im getting some healthy food here so I can snack all day. I have a jar full of different nuts and some organic raisins. I need to go to Costco and get some Turkey jerky. Im really low on the proteins. I also need to drink more water. Oh, and I have vitamins and fish oils here that Im taking daily now. I wish my wife were in on all this stuff.... maybe this Fall when we start at Club Sport. Hopefully......

Going for a Run.

Ok, I have two hours before my next patient. Christine (your mom) is about to get off and take the bus home. Im kinda bummed she has to take the bus, but she's a trooper and doesn't mind. She is so strong! Anyway, Mai is babysitting you all day, and we love that she is here. We really miss seeing you grow every day though. Being away from you is sooooo hard to do. I have a picture of you in front of me all day long. Im looking at it now. But your a trooper too. And always smiling when we get home.
So Im listening to some good old music from The Lightning Seeds. Finishing up this blog, and setting off on the first run of hopefully many. Time for your 39 year old daddy to get back into shape. Alright, Im off......
